I’m Faith Cullison, I’m the owner and sole Aesthetician of R&R Aesthetics in Prescott, Arizona. I had this dream 7 years ago that I would one day run a business. It was this overwhelming excitement backed by confidence and I just knew I could do it.
I love working with people, not "over" or "for" them which is what lead me to researching what it would take to open my own business. At the time I had no clue what it would be or what I’d even do but it would be “with people”.
Fast forward several years later, in school, I was originally set on cosmetology, and at the time I was a makeup artist. After a tour of the Aesthetic side, I changed my mind as well as my path, found a genuine passion for skincare. I began networking with Solo Aestheticians who ran their own studios/spas.
